The challenge the Rainier Condominiums faced was the site-specific challenge of being on the waterfront of Point Ruston. The installation of engineered hardwood that this flooring contractor had previously used was unable to holdup to the environmental challenges of the site conditions and therefore was prone to damage. As recommended by our TAS Contract team, Raintree Waterproof Hardwood was selected to use, as it would have better durability and capacity to with-stand environmental damage being waterproof.
